Muslim LifeFair 2023 expected to raise Islamic trade, commerce in Indonesia

The Muslim LifeFair 2023 is expected to raise the spirit of Islamic trade and commerce according to the guidance of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), increase the business scale of SMEs/MSMEs and strengthen the halal business ecosystem in Indonesia.
Jakarta (Indonesia Window) – The Indonesian Muslim Entrepreneurs Community (KPMI) together with Lima Events are holding the Muslim LifeFair 2023 at the Jakarta International Expo (JIEXPO), Kemayoran sub-district, capital Jakarta, on March 17-19, 2023.KPMI Chairperson Rachmat Marpaung said that the Muslim LifeFair 2023 could raise the spirit of Islamic trade and commercial activities according to the guidance of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), increase the business scale of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)/Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and strengthen the halal business ecosystem in Indonesia.The Muslim LifeFair, which is a Business to Consumer exhibition for the Islamic industries in Indonesia, is a form of commitment by halal business people to achieve Indonesia's mission to become the Indonesian Global Halal Hub by 2024.During the event, 230 booths from 128 companies offer their quality products at competitive prices and special promos, including fashion and accessories, halal cosmetics, Islamic education services, Islamic books and publishers, halal travels and sharia properties.Observing the events which were held last year in a number of cities including Jakarta, Yogyakarta and Bandung (West Java province) during the pandemic, these events managed to attract around 20,000 visitors daily, even on a larger scale called Muslim LifeFest which was held in August 2022, at least 30,000 visitors packed the venue.“We see that the public's interest in exhibitions such as the Muslim LifeFair is very large. Of course we want this exhibition to be a momentum for Muslim MSMEs to develop better, and to become a place for friendly relations with one another to promote businesses to be more inclusive and sustainable," Director of Lima Events Deddy Andu at the opening of Muslim LifeFair.PT Lima Event Indonesia (Lima Events) which was founded in 2019 is a professional company that organizes Islamic exhibitions in Indonesia.The Muslim LiefeFair organizers continue to innovate and become more and more creative to make visitors enthusiastic and always has reasons to visit and make businesses.On this occasion, a crowdfunding platform named Urun-RI held its soft launching to introduce its services to business people.Urun-RI offers securities based on information technology, bringing together investors and MSMEs that are ready to accelerate their businesses according to the guidance of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).Reporting by Indonesia WindowBagikan
